Purchase Orders
Digital River GmbH (MyCommerce / Share-It) is our seller and handles billing and payment processing.
As a corporate client, you can generally order using a purchase order. However, the fastest and easiest method to get your products is by ordering directly online.
If you need to place a purchase order please prepare your official order on company letterhead with a valid signature or company stamp and scan it to PDF. As MyCommerce Share-It will be processing your order on behalf of us, make your PO out to MyCommerce Share-It. Include the following information so we can process your order quickly:
Please include the following information:
- The product name and the product ID number (see below or follow the 'buy now' link on the product page to see it mentioned in the shopping cart)
- The number of units you wish to order
- Your billing address
- Contact name, phone number
- The e-mail address for the order confirmation and invoice and delivery
- The currency you would like to order in
- Total Price
- A Signature
